Reporting to our Head of Lender Product, you'll be:

  • Lead, manage and guide a team of Business Analysts, providing best practice, direction and advice for achieving desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Scrummasters and Engineering team to complete solution design
  • Managing employee/team performance by setting objectives, performance metrics and conducting performance reviews.
  • Drive maturity and continuous improvement initiatives for the BA Practice
  • Represent the Business Analysis team within the broader IT function and organisation as a whole.

 

Your skills, attributes & experience:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a Business Analyst team
  • 6+ years’ experience in Agile Delivery as a Business Analyst
  • Extensive experience in establishing BA practices supporting the development of policies, methods, tools and templates commonly used and followed by BAs in the delivery of their services
  • Demonstrated skills in business process mapping and business model design eg. BPMN, UML, User stories.
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members, with a focus on continual performance improvement
  • Assess, plan and implement strategies to uplift the BA team’s capability
  • Excellent analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement
  • Lending project implementation experience (desirable)
  • Previous experience in Project Management (desirable)

 

We're looking for a team player who enjoys working in smaller, nimble and technology-focused project teams with a strong emphasis on delivery. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
