The Role:

This is a role for someone who is looking for a challenge, is extremely organized and can add value by applying PMO best practice within a non-traditional program structure. The program will be primarily delivering in an agile environment, where this role will be responsible for supporting status reports, program level tasks, maintenance of registers and schedules to support activities required for program governance and stakeholder engagement.

As a PMO program analyst reporting to our Transformation Director, you'll be a valued member of our transformation team and will support program level reporting and facilitation across all work streams, liaising with team leads, and working with project technical resources to ensure quality outputs.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide program analysis, and governance skills in support of the Transformation Program
  • Utilise JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio and PowerPoint for documentation
  • Support program level tasks and tools utilized across streams
  • Maintain program registers including schedules, interdependencies, issues and risks across the program
  • Work within an Agile team, liaising with Offshore and Onshore team members as required to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Work with stream leads to prepare project reporting artifacts.
  • Prepare presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain a calendar of key meetings, stage gates and events.
  • Prepare inputs for program level activities, minutes, actions, etc.
  • Participate in program delivery where possible 
  • Engage other parties required to support delivery and governance.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.


What you’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering or a comparable field.
  • Project Management qualifications and/or exposure
  • Experience working as a professional Project/PMO analyst minimum of 3 years
  • Experience working to governance principles for a minimum of 2 years with sound knowledge of project methodologies, frameworks and tools along with strong experience using SDLC
  • Experience working on multi-stream ICT/ Digital technology programs that include Integration, Website, CRM, Data & Business Insights and so on.
  • Excellent written skills producing documentation to a high standard.
  • Experience working in Mortgage Broking / Financial Services Industry (Desirable)
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, MS Teams/Planner for a min of 3 years
  • Experience with Scheduling tools/concepts
  • Technical skills to perform data analysis and consolidation.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
  • Highly developed listening skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be highly motivated self-starter, able to maintain poise under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
