Working with a Sydney based BA, the Home Loan Analyst will have to make sure the information recorded in our Salesforce platform are correct, and investigate any discrepancies. They will also be the Manila based representative of the Lender Product team (based in Sydney) to help gather and deliver enhancements and defect fixes.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand how each product feature from a particular bank is reflected in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Update product information in Salesforce, such as Rate, Loan to Value Ratio, Fees
  • Investigate data discrepancies across different platforms, lenders websites and any other source of information available
  • Understand and maintain serviceability configuration and rules for each particular bank in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Monitor helpdesk tickets and bank updates to ensure serviceability is up to date
  • Help problem shoot and resolve defects with external integration partners
  • Write and execute test cases as needed for BAU and projects
  • Support the back office team by identifying and helping drive process and technology enhancements and defect resolution
  • Help set up an automation process for change alerts, updates and reconciliation automation

Applicant profile and competencies/technical skills:

  • Great attention to detail and data entry accuracy 
  • Strong Excel skills to manage large data set and reconciliation (including macro knowledge). 
  • Understanding of the home loan origination process including serviceability
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies and understand new sources of information from different sources 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce functionality and data loader for mass upload.
